Upscales can be done on images and videos. An upscale increases the height and width of the media by 2x, increasing total pixel count by 4x. It also adds more detail to images, resulting in a higher quality output.

When upscaling an image, you can choose the upscale creativity level. At zero creativity, the upscaler will try to keep the image as close as possible to the original. At max creativity, the final result will have more creative differences from the original.

Upgrading to a paid plan will automatically remove the watermark on any new images and videos that you generate.

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the watermark from media that you have already generated.

Generating a video costs 1 credit.

Upscaling an image or video costs 2 credits.

You can check how many credits you have left for the billing period at any time.

If you run out of credits for your billing period, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or you can purchase additional credits.

You can click the "Buy additional credits" button on the Pricing page to directly purchase credits. You must have an active plan to purchase and to use additional credits.

No, your unused monthly/annual credits do not rollover. If you don't use your credits, they will expire at the end of your billing period. At the start of your next billing period, your credits will be replenished to the amount specified by your plan.

Additional credits purchased never expire. They require an active plan to use. Additional credits are only used when your account runs out of monthly/annual credits.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Downgrade to free" button on the pricing page.

Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, at which point you will be downgraded to the free plan.

Using the Decohere service creates a real cost for us because we have to pay for our servers. Due to the unpredictable nature of AI tools, we CANNOT offer refunds for poor output quality.

If you are on the Creator plan, you own all images and videos you generate. You can use them for any commercial purposes without attribution.

If you are on a Free or Explorer plan, you do not have any rights to the content you generate.

Once you've upgraded to a Creator or Director plan you are licensed for commercial use of all past media that you created.

No, but you can add our web app to the home screen on your phone for a similar experience.

On Android devices, you should see a popup that asks you if you'd like to add the web page to your homescreen.

On iOS devices, you will need to navigate to our web app in Safari, click the "share" button, and then click "Add to Home Screen".
